CeremonyLab collects your email address for authentication, stores wedding ceremony data you create (scripts, tasks, interview responses, and configuration), and may collect an email address when you request a downloadable ceremony resource.
We also collect basic marketing analytics such as page views, campaign parameters, referrers, button clicks, sign-up intent, and experiment variants so we can understand which pages help people start planning.
CeremonyLab is currently intended for customers in the United States. If you are outside the United States, contact us before creating an account so we can confirm whether we can support your privacy and data requirements.
All data is stored securely via Convex (database) and Vercel (hosting). Authentication is handled by Convex Auth with session-based security. We do not store passwords in plain text.
CeremonyLab may use Vercel Analytics, GrowthBook experiments, first-party page-view capture, and trusted server-side conversion events to measure public marketing traffic, signups, and campaign performance. These tools may receive browser, referrer, URL, campaign, and event metadata from public marketing pages. We do not sell ceremony content, vows, or private planning notes.
When you use AI ceremony coaching, your ceremony content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This data is not used to train AI models. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details on their data handling.
You can export available data from the Settings page. You can also submit an account or ceremony data deletion request from Settings, where we review identity, wedding access, subscription status, and residency before cleanup.
