What we collect

CeremonyLab collects your email address for authentication, stores wedding ceremony data you create (scripts, tasks, interview responses, and configuration), and may collect an email address when you request a downloadable ceremony resource.

We also collect basic marketing analytics such as page views, campaign parameters, referrers, button clicks, sign-up intent, and experiment variants so we can understand which pages help people start planning.

How your data is stored

All data is stored securely via Convex (database) and Vercel (hosting). Authentication is handled by Convex Auth with session-based security. We do not store passwords in plain text.

Marketing and ads

CeremonyLab may use Vercel Analytics, GrowthBook experiments, and Meta Pixel or Conversions API events to measure traffic, signups, and campaign performance. These tools may receive browser, referrer, URL, campaign, and event metadata. We do not sell ceremony content, vows, or private planning notes.

AI features

When you use AI ceremony coaching, your ceremony content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. This data is not used to train AI models. See Anthropic's privacy policy for details on their data handling.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time from the Settings page. To request full account deletion, contact us at hello@ceremonylab.com.
