Product fit

What CeremonyLab is, who it is for, and how it fits different ceremony styles.

What is CeremonyLab, and how is it different from a ceremony script template?

CeremonyLab is a ceremony planning workspace, not just a static template. It helps you gather stories, shape the ceremony outline, draft and refine sections, manage private notes, and prepare a print-ready officiant binder.

Is CeremonyLab for couples, officiants, wedding planners, or venues?

It can support all of those workflows. Couples can coordinate vows, readings, and ceremony details; officiants can draft and deliver the script; planners and venues can use it as a structured ceremony-planning handoff.

Can a friend or family member use CeremonyLab to officiate for the first time?

Yes. CeremonyLab is built for the friend-officiant scenario: it gives structure, prompts, pacing guidance, ceremony sections, and print-ready delivery notes so a first-time officiant is not starting from a blank page.

Does CeremonyLab write the ceremony for me, or does it help me write it?

CeremonyLab helps you write it. The goal is to keep the ceremony personal and human while giving you structure, prompts, AI coaching, and editing support when you want help with tone, flow, transitions, or delivery.

Can I use CeremonyLab if I already have a ceremony script started?

Yes. You can bring an existing draft into CeremonyLab and use the workspace to organize sections, refine language, add delivery notes, collect missing context, and prepare the final binder.

Can CeremonyLab help with non-religious, spiritual, cultural, or blended ceremonies?

Yes. CeremonyLab is meant to support the tone and values of the people getting married. It can help organize ceremony structure, readings, vows, rituals, and language whether the ceremony is secular, spiritual, religious, cultural, blended, or intentionally simple.

Collaboration and privacy

How the workspace separates couple-facing planning from private script and officiant work.

Can the couple collaborate without seeing private script drafts?

Yes. CeremonyLab separates couple-facing collaboration from admin and officiant planning areas, so private ceremony notes, delivery cues, and surprise script drafts can stay out of view where needed.

This is sensitive information. How does CeremonyLab keep it private?

CeremonyLab treats ceremony scripts, vows, interview responses, and planning notes as private workspace content. Access is account-based and wedding-scoped, payment details are handled by Polar, and public pages do not expose private ceremony data. The Privacy Policy and Terms explain the exact data handling rules.

How does CeremonyLab help collect stories from friends and family?

CeremonyLab can guide the couple or officiant through interview-style prompts and story collection so the ceremony has real detail behind it. Those responses can inform the script without turning the ceremony into a generic template.

Can vows and readings stay separate from the main ceremony script?

Yes. CeremonyLab treats vows, readings, ceremony sections, context, and delivery notes as related but distinct pieces. That makes it easier to protect sensitive drafts and keep the final ceremony organized.

Can I invite another person into the wedding workspace?

Yes. CeremonyLab is built around wedding collaboration. The exact access someone receives depends on their role in the workspace, so couples and admins can have different visibility where privacy matters.

Billing, access, and exports

Trial behavior, payment handling, exports, AI credits, and one-wedding workspace limits.

Do I need a credit card to start the 7-day free trial?

No. You can start the 7-day trial without entering payment details. Billing only begins if you choose paid access after deciding the workspace is worth keeping active.

What happens to my ceremony workspace when the free trial ends?

If the trial ends before you choose paid access, the workspace becomes read-only for 90 days. You can still view and export your ceremony materials while deciding whether to continue.

Can I choose a flat fee instead of a monthly subscription?

Yes. CeremonyLab offers a $29 flat-fee option for 24 months of access, alongside the $10/month option for people who prefer monthly flexibility.

Can I export or print my ceremony binder if I cancel or stop subscribing?

Yes. CeremonyLab is designed so you can export your ceremony backup and print the officiant binder before planning wraps. Monthly access continues through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

What does the 10 AI coaching credits limit mean?

The listed usage limit is 10 AI coaching credits. The core workspace, ceremony sections, planning notes, collaboration, backups, and print preparation are included; the credit limit applies to AI coaching usage.

Is one CeremonyLab purchase good for multiple weddings?

Each paid workspace is for one wedding. Professional officiants, planners, venues, or networks working across many weddings should use a separate workspace per wedding and can reach out about partner or volume arrangements.

Who handles my payment and receipt?

Payments are processed by Polar, CeremonyLab's merchant of record. Polar handles the card flow, billing records, receipts, invoicing, taxes, and payment security; CeremonyLab does not store card details.

What if the ceremony date changes or planning takes longer than expected?

CeremonyLab is flexible enough to keep working as plans change. Monthly access can continue while planning is active, and the flat-fee option keeps the workspace active for 24 months.

Preview and binder output

What you can inspect before creating an account and what comes out of the workspace.

Can I preview CeremonyLab before creating an account?

Yes. Public pages like the sample binder and pricing page are meant to show the ceremony structure, print output, and planning approach before you start the free trial.

Can CeremonyLab print an officiant binder?

Yes. CeremonyLab creates a print-ready officiant binder with script sections, timing notes, page breaks, delivery cues, and logistics callouts for the ceremony day.
